  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping location.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.


Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order value and location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value — check our homepage banners for ongoing offers.


Order Tracking

  • You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

  • If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at support@skinmom.in.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Operational delays from our courier partners during peak periods

Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailability after multiple attempts

  • Or delivery refusal

Then the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting the original shipping charges

  • Reshipment will be arranged only after address reconfirmation and payment of applicable shipping fees
